IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA MINING FOR CLASSIFICATION OFDETERMINING DIRECT CASH ASSISTANCE (BLT) RECIPIENTS USING THE C4.5 ALGORITHM IN CAWANG BARU DISTRICT

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a gift to underprivileged people. This cash assistance program is designed to help underprivileged people. implementation of the c4.5 algorithm in determining Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) recipients. The method is to create classifications or eligibility rules using old data on aid recipients, then classify them based on the variables Name of Head of Family, Occupation, Marital Status, Income. The results of these classifications or rules can be used as a basis for determining the next BLT recipient. Starting from the application of the C4.5 algorithm in determining the eligibility of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) recipients, the process of determining aid recipients can then be processed quickly and will be displayed in a report that can be downloaded.
