Design And Build A Web-Based E-Archive Application At The South Curup Farmer Fertilizer Store

Indonesia is a developing country, therefore archives are one of the most valuable assets owned. Before humans knew about computers, archive management was carried out conventionally. Archives are a source of information that has an important function to support the process of administration and management activities of a fertilizer shop. All activities carried out by the fertilizer shop, whether in the form of proposals, correspondence or other documents, will become archives. The type of research method used is a qualitative method, so the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature study. . Then the data obtained was then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. In this thesis, a web-based e-archive application has been designed and built at the Sinar Tani fertilizer shop in Curup Selatan. This e-archive is designed to facilitate fertilizer shop data management. The application of web technology allows easy and fast access for fertilizer stores. System testing shows that the system developed is able to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing e-archive data. Based on the available information, the conclusions for designing a web-based e-archive application for a fertilizer shop can be summarized as follows: Security: Documents stored electronically are safer from the risk of loss or physical damage, and can be protected with appropriate access settings.
